EAP Services

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a personal counseling service provided as an employee benefit. It is completely confidential and paid for by the employer. There is no co-pay or out-of-pocket cost for EAP services.

The professional counselors at Charles Nechtem Associates, Inc. can provide support, counseling and coaching over the phone or by e-mail, or refer you to a therapist near your home or workplace.

  • Immediate access to our toll-free line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Immediate access to professional counselors who possess either a Master's degree or Ph.D. and have 5 or more years of experience in the counseling field
  • Immediate access to English, Spanish and French speaking therapists and language interpretation services for other languages
  • Counseling services available to all household members
